NBA Draft Update: Recruits

The 2012 NBA Draft Combine is approaching and Marshall LLC is pleased to provide you with an update on our recruits. First let’s talk about the Combine itself. When you pronounce it the first syllable is accentuated as such: COMbine. This is a televised event that players come to by invitation only. The Combine consists of two to three days of the following: basketball drills and athletic and physical testing (like jumping tests, height and weight measurements, quickness and speed drills, shooting drills) and of course interviews with the media. Usually held in the Windy City, Chicago, IL, you can also usually find clips of each days events at the Combine on You tube. Considered the only real major gathering of NBA draft prospects with team and league executives, nearly every player who hopes to be selected in the NBA Draft is expected to be there. The tentative dates for this year’s Combine are June 6th, 7th and 8th.

Our hope and prayers are that all of our recruits will be invited to the event. Godspeed.
